Cancellations, Refund, Return Policy

Returns

We have a 3-day return policy, which means the buyers have 3 days after receiving the items to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that has been received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

To start a return the buyer can contact us at poddarfarms@gmail.com. If the return is accepted we will send the buyer a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

We are not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where :

  • Items are delivered to incorrect address provided by the sender.

  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

  • Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product by the recipient.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned the perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal core goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get you want is to return the item you have, and once The return is accept make a separate purchase for the new item

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know the refund was approved or not it approved you be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund too.

 

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation of order is allowed if such request is made within 24 hours of placement of a confirmed order and full refund will be made by us in such cases. In the event we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment for the part undelivered.
